Glenreagh Public Recreation Reserve

Glenreagh Public Recreation Reserve is located at the end of Bridge Street in the town of Glenreagh in the Clarence Valley Region of the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales.

Glenreagh Public Recreation Reserve provides camping at an affordable price for people who are traveling through the area. The facilities are basic but it’s location makes it a good place to base yourself when exploring what the area has to offer.

The camping area is well grassed and in a lovely bushland setting with plenty of room for big rigs. The amenities are basic but clean and there is water available. There is an onsite caretaker to pay your fees to when you arrive.

It is only a short walk to the main street of the town where there is a pub, general store, bakery and post office.

There is some mobile phone service (depending on your carrier) and television reception here.
Dogs are welcome at this campsite but please be responsible!

Please Note:
Showgrounds around the country, especially in smaller towns, often provide camping options to those travelling in their area. They are normally very cost effective and can provide a centrally located base for you to then go and explore the region and in most places pets are welcome too.

Please Note:
Most showgrounds will host a variety of events throughout the year and camping maybe unavailable at these times. Please check before arriving that the showground is open for camping when you are planning to visit.
